Service Tax
at applicable rate is leviable on all the tariffs including charges for
rehearsals and any other services rendered by the Society as per
clause 19 of section 65 of the Finance Act 1994.
All
booking are subject to the rules and regulations governing the
use of the Society’s facilities, a copy of which will be made
available at the time of booking.
