The School is located in the Society’s premises. The School presently specializes in teaching nine disciplines:

The Academic term of the School commences from Vijayadashmi Day(Dassera) every year, when admissions for beginners are made in all disciplines. Students who have already learnt music elsewhere are admitted to an appropriate class on the basis of an entrance test to  determine the student’s level of proficiency.

 

Normally students are not admitted after 31st December of a year. In exceptional cases students may be admitted after that date subject to passing a test.

Age limit for admission is minimum 6 years for vocal, 8 years for instrumental and 10 years for dance. The age limits may be relaxed for children of exceptional merit.

Classes are held twice a week. The school is closed during the month of May for summer vacation.

Fees are reasonable and subsidised. Security deposits are payable on admission. Details are available on request.

There is a free fast-track course for students of exceptional merit.

Workshops are conducted frequently for training in Guitar, Keyboard etc.
